You might not know it, but in reality when you're handed a ton of power, there's a moment where you have no clue what to do.
This was John's.
"So. I built it," John said to himself, staring at the thing floating in front of him. "Now what? Revenge? Seems too petty."
He shrugged and rubbed his chin.
"I guess the first thing I should do is make sure it works," he said. "Orb, turn the weird Goth girl who works at the coffee shop into a preppy girl who likes me."
The orb did what could only be described as a spherical head tilt. A kind of spiral and return to start.
"You have no idea who I mean, huh?" he asked. "Fine. Her name is Cassandra. She's probably going to be at the Starbucks down the road tomorrow. Pierced lip. Specific enough for you?"
The orb bobbed and went to wait for its prey.
