Earlier, a few minutes before Scott got bored playing dollies with himself ...
Megan sat back in Cody's desk chair and sighed. She had surfed the internet enough. What she needed to do now was have a little human interaction. Odd, though, that she couldn't really remember using the internet this much before. Wasn't it something else that she used to spend most of her time doing instead?
So with that, she left the room and headed downstairs. The moment she heard the TV on, she headed to the family room and sat down next to her brother Cody, who was already immersed in a baseball game. She couldn't quite remember liking sports before, but right now, it felt like she could be a fan. Of course, no one could be more of a fan of baseball than Cody. After all, he was on the middle school baseball team.
They watched for a bit, until suddenly Megan felt someone tap her on her shoulder. She turned and saw Scott.
