The warmth of the bracelet and the glow of the glyphs faded. Jon looked back up to see that Karyn's hair had lightened considerably, from red to blonde, and it was growing out of its short tomboy-ish cut, extending down her back as its unruliness changed into perfectly styled waves. At the same time, her breasts were swelling inside her green sweater, stopping when they appeared to be nearly the size of cantaloupes.
Karyn's sweater quickly shuffled through a rainbow of colors before settling on red and black, and her blue jeans fused together as they crawled up her legs and changed material, becoming a red and black ruffled skirt that went down to mid-thigh. Even the sneakers she wore didn't escape the treatment; they were now a new-looking pair, bright white with red and black laces. Her hair, now platinum blonde and down to her ass, suddenly looked as if invisible hands were styling it into two long pigtails, with red and black ribbons popping into existence atop her head to tie them in place. A familiar-looking interlocking "LP" emblem appeared on the front of the sweater.
Jon stifled a gasp. It was the very vision that had crossed his mind a couple of hours ago, when Karyn had made her offhand wish for long blonde hair and big boobs -- he couldn't help his typical teenage boy thoughts, and he'd imagined Karyn, with her wish granted, dressed in the Lake Point High School cheerleading uniform. Well, okay, maybe a sexier version of the uniform, and maybe with a bit more makeup --
The bracelet warmed again, and he looked down at his wrist to see the glyphs glowing once more. He looked back to Karyn to see colorful makeup fading onto her face, her eyelashes lengthening and darkening with mascara, her cheeks reddening, her eyelids becoming a grayish-blue, her lips gaining a glossy pink sheen. He was so captivated by her face that, by the time he looked down, her uniform had already shrunk significantly -- the skirt less than a foot long and the sweater now sleeveless and with a hem revealing her entire midriff and a deep V-neck showing off what seemed to be a canyon of cleavage. The top was small enough that the "LP" emblem was now, instead of being roughly in the center, over her left breast. Instead of athletic shoes, she now wore black calf boots with a heel a couple of inches high.
As Jon looked back upward, he saw that Karyn's navel, revealed by this porn-movie version of a high school cheerleading uniform, was now pierced, with a silver charm dangling from it.
His eyes met hers. She seemed a bit dazed.
"Oh, my God, Karyn, I'm sorry," he said. "I don't know what happened. I just -- this bracelet, and it glowed, and I put it on, and I-I-I--"
He stopped his stuttering when he saw the corners of her mouth go up. It looked a bit different, given that he'd never seen it surrounded by glossy pink lips before, but it was still recognizable as Karyn's smile that he loved to see.
