There was nothing we could do about the terminator. I looked at Paul and Brett. "We need to find Phobia's headquarters now. That's the only way we can end this!" I told them. Paul just rolled his eyes. "I will do one better for you. I can't believe we let this go on for so long." he said. He grabbed both of our heads. I then checked my menu and saw the relation with the syndicate had changed. It was now just stuck at neutral. Because of that, we would not need to worry about them coming after us. I left the main hall and went to the lab. We had done quite a bit for the town. The units in the safehouses were training them for the next phase of the subversion and conquest of the planet. We had slipped into the early midgame already. Agents from the government were scouring the streets of the major cities for the cyborgs. Androids were deployed to deal with the rouge syndicate groups on the streets. However, there were whispers that the lower numbered units were getting together somewhere. Who knew what they wanted? All I knew was that I wanted to keep my clan safe from harm.

That was when I got a message from the library. I was being called into a meeting. Someone wanted to talk. It was a bit ominous. All the PEP unit leaders in the town would be there. That meant that Owen and the PEP units in his administration were going to be there too. I decided to go by myself. I knew that I could fight my way out of any problems. When I got to the library, I was ushered up to the top floor. I sighed to show my disappointment with them. There was a large meeting room. "We're not going downstairs?" I asked. "There will be several unauthorized personnel here at the meeting." one said. In a certain sense, I was one of them. That made me a bit annoyed. I was the first to get there, so all I could do was wait. The PEP unit librarians came in with a human middle-aged man. He was wearing a white dress shirt with a red vest in the breast pocked was a white handkerchief with an insignia. His pants were black like his tie. The doors were locked and both of the librarians sat down at the long table with us. I looked at them and said "Why are we here? I don't have all day."

The lead librarian turned to me. "We were not the ones that wanted this talk here. This man did." he said. I just looked at the confident man standing before us. "Let's listen to what he has to say." the other librarian said. I sighed and looked at the well-dressed man. He chuckled and said "Thank you for coming all this way to meet with me. I come as a representative of the Libra Force Syndicate." That was certainly new for the town. In clear words, he told us what he wanted. There were certain PEP unit agents that were missing in action. They were searching for a place for the cyborgs to prepare for the next stage. Because of all the fighting with Phobia, the clan had a positive reputation with Libra Force. He was not clear what that meant. This seemed to be an important quest line. I decided to take it on. I declared "Our clan will make sure we look out for them." "Is there anyway to know when we find an agent?" Owen asked. The man said "They will most likely have our insignia on them. Other than that, I assume that fellow PEP units would have an easier time finding each other."
