Jeremy left the bedroom and suddenly stopped in his tracks. There was a TV sitting in the corner of the room, with two armchairs in front of it. He approached the TV and turned it on. Just like he figured, there was nothing but static.
But how did it get there? When he came in, he did wonder why there wasn't a TV, but it was a very brief thought and he didn't say anything about it out loud.
He shrugged, then turned to leave the room. When he did, he saw that the sun was just setting. Most of the sky was black now, filled with a smattering of stars. To the far right, Jeremy spotted two moons (one slightly bigger than the other), reminding him that he wasn't on Earth anymore.
He quickly checked on Lizzy, seeing that she was still asleep, then left the room. Out in the entryway, he saw that the sign on the elevator was gone. He shrugged, then approached the elevator doors, pressing the button to go down. And a few seconds later, the door opened and he entered.
