At once, Stragey fired the Random Gun five times. The first blast struck Richard McMillan. Mr. McMillan turned into an overweight dark-haired woman who looked like she hailed from the Pacific Islands.
The second blast struck Nicholson Quarterson. Nicholson turned into an 80 year old woman dressed in an old-fashioned 1940's style dress, and a shawl.
Stragey's next Random Gun blast zapped Elinor Stallsworth. She turned into a thin, nerdy-looking high school aged boy, around 18.
The next blast hit Roman Coakley. The head of Lake Point Mutual Bank went from being a gray-haired man in his sixties to resembling an oddly-dressed young man who looked like a live-action version of a shonen anime hero.
And the last blast struck Clay Dankworth. The Chief Operating Officer of McMillan Tech Industries changed into a very attractive woman in her late 20's. She was dressed in a low-cut green dress, with matching colored high heels. Her brown hair was done in a style popular among 1980's night time soap actresses.
From beyond the open door, Rachel McLewis looked on in horror. She did not dare speak or cry out, for she knew if she did, she would be next.
"Now, then." Stragey said. "Are you going to reconsider your decision, and make me Head of the Marketing Department?"
"Now now, sonny." the old woman who used to be Nicholson Quarterson said. "Let's be a good little boy. I'll make you some tea."
"This really isn't the way, Mr. Stragey." said the nerdy young man Elinor had become. "I don't see how this can make us put you over at the expense of Mr. Adaway." Elinor appeared to have mostly retained her personality.
The woman that Mr. McMillan had become spoke. "Who do you think you are? I think you could use a lesson in manners."
The shonen hero was looking ready for a fight.
But it was the 1980's soap opera actress that actually made a move.
Clay Dankworth was an unscrupulous man who would think nothing of backstabbing his colleagues to move up in the business world. He had made it all the way up to Chief Operating Officer of McMillan Tech Industries through manipulation, blackmail, and deceit. Even Mr. McMillan didn't know about half the things he'd done to get to where he was today.
The woman Clay had become had all the worst aspects of Clay's personality fully dominant, combined with the personality of an 80's nighttime soap opera manipulative scheming rich woman. This only doubled Clay's dark ambitions. Now Clay didn't care whether he/she was a man or a woman. Now she was no longer content to be just Chief Operating Officer of McMillan Tech Industries. She wanted the whole company, and that fool Martin Stragey just happened to have the means to make that dream a reality.
She leaped for the Random Gun that Stragey was holding, and the two struggled over the Random Gun. In the struggle, the Random Gun went off.
