Next up was Zoe. Zoe glared at her mom while she took the bag. Zoe had a reputation to keep. Sure she loved the game, maybe more than anyone, but she'd never let her family know. The teen goth was misunderstood and wanted as much space from her insufferable family as possible. The game gave her that space. That's one reason why she liked it.
Zoe would die of embarrassment if her family found out the other reason why she liked it. Truth is, Zoe always wanted you be a preppy cheerleader like Sarah Macmillan. Zoe tried out for cheer once and was harshly rejected. She spent the next period crying in the bathroom. That's when Zoe met her friend Athena who introduced her to the goth life. Now don't get me wrong, Zoe loved being goth and it was a great life. Having to go through that embarrassing cheer rejection was worth it to make a friend like Athena. Deep down though, Zoe still wished she could be that preppy cheerleader. The game gave Zoe a chance to try out different lives and let her hair down. And maybe one day, she'd get to be a cheerleader for a week.
Zoe pulled a name out of the bag. Her heart skipped a beat! "Serena Rose..." Zoe was trying hard to contain her excitement. Her quivering hand almost gave her away! Serena wasn't Sarah Macmillan but she was a new member of the cheer squad. Unbeknownst to Zoe, there was a major battle for queen bee going on right now between Sarah and Serena. If Zoe played her cards, right she may be able to not only be a cheerleader, but also get back at that bitch Sarah. Zoe just kept on staring at the paper thinking of what her week may be like.
"Come on, are you gonna give someone else a turn already? It's almost like you're excited to be a cheerleader," Jon laughed.
"Fuck off."
"Language young lady!" Linda yelled.
"Whatever..." Zoe rolled her eyes and passed the bag to Mikey.
