Well I interpreted the wish as that Jon would get to the stone or the stone would get to Jon. From that standpoint it's been granted. Maybe the statue ends up in her garden? Honestly it's up to you. I'm not a rule lawer.
Being stuck changed was always the theme of this story even if the circumstances are forced early. It's different but I like trying new ideas.
