The mayor was flabbergasted, to say the least. What kinds of questions were these? And why would anyone even ask that question to him?

The mayor froze. What the hell was that? Why did he say that? He looked down in complete shock as he saw his shirt and tie being pushed out. Then he felt something else under his shirt. Some sort of fabric holding tight over his shoulders and across his back. Then he felt the fabric expand over his chest and then ... underneath his chest? That didn't make any sense. What was happening? He looked down and even though he didn't want to believe it, it was very clear what had happened. He grew breasts and a shelf bra was then created and was wrapped around his manly body.
He hesitantly touched his new breasts through his shirt and felt a jolt of pleasure when he accidentally brushed his shirt against his new female nipples.
How was any of this possible?!
