When they got to the only classroom they could find without a hallway window, they went inside, closing the door behind them. "Now, Rick, we need to clarify a few things," said Jim. Turning to Rebecca, he continued, "Would you like to show him who Beth is, Becca?"

Rebecca muttered a few words, and then Beth was standing in her place. Once again, Jim was struck by how little a change there was, from the neck down. Rick, however, was struck dumb by what he saw.

Almost quivering with anger, Rebecca said, "You... you... ass!" Rick did nothing to stop her as she slapped him. "I can't believe you did that to Brandi, and then... made a pass... at me!"

Rick was still struggling, but still latched on to something. "That's why you were able to hold me!"

Jim responded, "I would have thought that was the least of the issues, but yes. So you see, I haven't been cheating on your baby sister with anyone. Unless you want to try to argue that I've been cheating on her with her. In which case, I suppose I'll have to agree."

Rebecca decided to jump back in, "So just drop the macho protective BS, Rick. I can take care of myself. Besides," she muttered under her breath for a second, "Kim wouldn't do anything to hurt me."

Rick turned around to face Jim, and, seeing Kim, jumped back for a little. "You knew Kim was Jim? What? How?"

"I knew about it before you did, all-knowing one. I saw him change at the dance, before you came over and tried to pick us both up. Fortunately, I didn't know it was you. Anyway, we're going out. Don't wait up for us. Tell Dad my homework's done, and I'll be home by ten."

With that, she grabbed Jim's arm and pulled him out of the room. She was looking rather mussed when she got home at ten of ten, and almost forgot to change both of them back.

Jim still came back at one.
