Rick and Jim both looked over at her.
"This is not the way to handle this, Rick," she said as she walked over.
"Stay out of this, Rebecca," Rick disagreed. "You don't know what's been going on. He's been sleeping with someone else behind your back."
"You're an idiot, Rick. You don't know anything, and you think you know everything." Taking Jim's arm, she continued, "Come on, Jim, at least now we can stop pretending."
As she guided him back towards the school, he heard a slight mutter, and she whispered, "Grab him when he gets close."
Just before they got to the door, Jim felt Rick's hand hit his shoulder again. This time Jim spun around and grabbed his wrist. He then spun Rick around, and grabbed the back of his shirt, pinning the arm he held behind Rick's back. "Alright, Rick, we do need to talk about this some more. Come with us."
