It's Karyn, Who Else?

...Karyn. "Karyn!" Jon said, surprised to see her, "What are you doing here?"

Karyn absently bent over and began petting Jon's mom, who sat back with her tongue hanging out, enjoying the sensation. "What do you think I'm doing here?" Karyn asked. "I want to play with the rock!" Then, turning to Zoe, Karyn said in a more commanding tone, "Thank you, Zoe. Jon and I are going to enjoy ourselves for a while. Unless Jon has you doing something else, I'd like for you to fetch us some lemonade and then make yourself scarce, got it?"

Zoe looked to Jon. Realizing she would only obey Karyn if he wanted her to, Jon said, "Do what Karyn says."

"Yes, my Lord," Zoe replied, bowing as she left the room. Karyn, acting as if nothing unusual was happening began to head toward Jon's room.
