Sarah had been in her bedroom, trying on one of her newly-purchased designer outfits, when suddenly she was in a different bedroom altogether, apparently trying on a different set of clothing. This new outfit was nice and it did make her look attractive, but it was something that someone might buy at their local department store, not something ultra-expensive. What was happening? Where was she? How did she get here? She moved towards a mirror and took a look at herself. She was alarmed by the fact that her facial-features looked different. Not way different, but it was clear that she was somehow no longer a McMillan. Then who was she?

Jon had debated for an hour or so whether or not he should tell Karyn about his dumb careless wish, but ultimately felt that she should know. Despite being his best friend, she also knew about the wishing stone, so he thought that she should know about all things having to do with it. They were in this together.
So with that, he called her.
"Hey, Jon-boy. What's up?" she asked.
"Uh, Karyn. I think I made a huge mistake. I mean, I know that wish you made earlier was careless, but the one I made, I think, might be worse."
"Worse than carelessly wishing to have the same blonde hair and boobs as my sister?" she asked.
"Yeah, definitely ... wait, sister?" Karyn didn't have a sister. She was an only-child. "You wished to have the same hair and boobs as Sarah."
"Yeah, my sister," Karyn said. "Well, up until earlier today, she was my fraternal sister, but thanks to that dumb wish, we're now twins. Though with our choices in lifestyles, you can still tell us apart. You know, I never ..."
"Sarah is your sister?" Jon asked, interrupting her.
"Why are you sounding like you're surprised by that?" She paused, then said "Wait, is that what your wish did? You made someone named Sarah my sister? I know how the stone works and how it affects people's memories if they don't hear the wish, but at the same time ... this all feels normal to me. I mean, as much as I hate how arrogant she is sometimes, I can't imagine a life where I'm not growing up with my sister Sarah. Uh ... what was she like before?" she asked, maybe regretting asking him that.
"Vain, manipulative, egotistical, and arrogant, but hot as hell. She was the most popular girl at school and head of the cheerleaders, not to mention super-rich," Jon explained.
"Wow, she sounded horrible. I'm glad she's not like that anymore. I mean, like I said, she can be pretty arrogant sometimes, and maybe a little vain, but manipulative and egotistical? No way. That's not Sarah. And head of the cheerleaders? I mean, she is a cheerleader, but not the head of the squad. Melissa Smith is. Maybe she's different now because she's not rich? You know, like not a spoiled brat?"
"If you're saying that she's not like that now, then I guess I'll have to agree. Sarah McMillan was basically nothing but a sexy bitch. She even ..."
"Wait, McMillan? You mean as in Dani McMillan?"
"Dani? Who's that?" Jon asked. Maybe his wish did a lot more than he thought.
