Even with the actual killers upstairs, it was not a sure thing that no one else would attack. "Let's get our food and go back to the auditorium. It might be safer than staying over here." I said. They ones that were locked out just looked at us. We watched them as we backed up to where the food was. We took several bars and apples each. If we had extra, we could avoid having to go back to the cafeteria for longer periods of time. We carried them off and left the cafeteria. There were some people in the auditorium that had the same idea that we had. A group of them instantly went hostile and tried to fight us. We were on the defensive. I was able to bring my green fireballs to my hands and throw them. Tobey was using his teleportation to avoid damage. Felix was using his wings to beat them back and punching them with his fists. I saw the twins holding hands. The lightning turned yellow and it shocked a guy to death. We fought and took all six of them out. Making sure that they were actually dead was a very important task. One of them actually was still alive until we finished them off.
Finding my kill count in the menu was easy. I was surprised that it said six. I was only responsible for two. I guess all kills in my team went to me as well. There were still three boys in the cafeteria that looked totally scared. That was something we did not need to deal with. "Okay. That's enough. We can look around and see where we can go with 6 kills. Hopefully they have actual bedrooms." "I just hope we can get some new clothes. I see too many guys here staring at my ass and dick." Kayden said. "We can actually go get real food too." Jayden said. As we walked down the corridor we returned to the closet. We all could get inside, proving that I was right. This closet had fresh cotton underwear and shirts. There were also sweatpants and a hoodie. These were in white, gray and pastel colors of the rainbow. Felix found a set that had holes for his wings and tail feathers. It fit him perfectly. We were all happy to get out of our rags. He chose the red sweatpants with the gray hoodie. I chose the gray pants and blue hoodie. The twins went with yellow and gray outfits. I actually expected it of them.
It certainly looked good on them. Kayden had a white top and yellow bottom, and Jayden had the inverse. Tobey had an orange top and green bottom. Now that we were decked out, we continued searching. The rooms were all labeled. There was a communal area for sleeping that would open when there were 80 subjects left. There were only hard cots in there from what we could see. There were other types of rooms as well one was for 20 and 30 kills. From what we could tell, they were modeled after hotel suites and rooms. It started from a simple room with a softer looking cot. The next level was a twin-sized bed with a small shower and toilet in a separate room of to the side. At 10 kills was a junior suite, a large open airspace with a full-size bed. Then it was the deluxe suite, which offers a separated living area and sleeping area with a bathtub in the bathroom. At 20 kills was a penthouse suite and it was pretty cool. The penthouse suites offered floor-to-ceiling windows, huge living area and some high-end features like tablet-controlled lightning, special spa treatments and curtain controls.
Getting 30 kills would be no easy feat. In honor of that, those that did got their own overwater bungalows. These bungalows were built into the shallow water next to a big replica of a coral reef. It also offered an infinity pool, whirlpool, Mediterranean garden, wonderful and huge floor-to-ceiling windows. These were separated buildings just far enough from each other to enjoy privacy and the luxury of the furnishings. Most nicely, it offered bespoke services like private chefs or butlers. We would get our own servants at this tier. The same leveling system went for other amenities. Whether it was entertainment, recreation or fitness; if they had it, there was a better version of it somewhere if you had enough kills. There was also a weapons cache. This too had a scanner. It was not going to open until there were 70 subjects left. That was sad. I wish it was something we could use right away. We could have racked up easy kills since we were the first to find it. Others were exploring the corridors, but they could not do much unless they were killers. It was now time to go back to the cafeteria to eat.
