As Steve and Amber followed Sabrina to her locker, another potentional victim was nearby watching them pass by. It was Nadine, a religious girl who despised the Goths at the school. She deemed them as evil, both for their general appearance and their "activities".
She was talking with a friend of hers, discussing a bible study she was going to attend that night, when Sabrina and her two "new" friends passed by. Suddenly, a wave of disgust came over her. "Why are there so many freaks at this school?" she asked her friend. Her friend shrugged her shoulders, then walked away.
Hey, where are you going? she asked. But it didn't come out of her mouth. Instead, it stayed in her head. What's going on? she thought again. She started to panic, especially after she began to walk towards the three Goths, with no control over herself. Being religious, the first thing that came to mind was that she had become possessed. And that was actually true, in a way.
"Sabrina," her mouth said, calmly. I can't believe I'm talking to that evil girl.
Sabrina turned around and smiled. I was hoping that Nadine would be affected, she thought to herself. Nadine was dressed totally different. Instead of her fairly conservative outfit, she now wore a long black gothic dress with a black underbust corset, and a black necklace with a pentagram that dangled just above the cleavage of her pale breasts. Her general appearance made her look like a witch. And Sabrina hoped that Nadine really was a witch, because that'd kill her.
"Are you coming to the party tonight, too, Nadine?" Sabrina asked, assuming she'd already know what party she was talking about.
"Only if there's a ouija board." What?! Nadine screamed in her head.
"Sure. Why not?"
Nadine smiled. "Then I'll definitely be there." No! Please, God, no! she yelled in her head.
