The wish was granted, and the side effect started to assert itself. Linda noticed it as an odd blur effect across her vision. It looked alot like the vertical wipe in a movie. When it cleared, the room looked very different. It looked like a teenage girl lived here...not Zoe, but some non-Goth type...there were a few posters on the wall, and sitting in the corner was a guitar. That was weird...Linda had wanted to play the guitar when she was a kid, but had ended up with the violin, and ended up dropping it.
"What in the world?" She mumbled.
"Linda?" An adult male voice called.
She froze. It sounded familiar. She didn't know what to respond.
A man walked into the room...it was a man about her age, with thinning hair, looking rather fit. "Linda, did you hear me?" He said. "I asked you if you had any garbage in here...the truck is coming..."
She suddenly realized who it was. She practically yelped. "What's happening??!?"
Zoe ran into the room. "What's going on?"
"I'm not sure...your sister just screamed," Jon said, looking confused.
