Could he stall any longer? What else could he do? Questions plagued his mind as things felt like they were moving in slow motion.

It wasn't Jon's imagination....things were slowing down as the wish started to take effect. Jon's wish had unleashed a lot of chaos, which only amplified over the last day. Jon himself hadn't considered whether there was any intelligence behind the fulfillment of a wish...but if there was, hopefully it recognized that things had gotten a bit too crazy.

Time slowed as the series of circumstances that Jon had put together started to erase themselves along with the versions of the people involved.

"Jon, what do we do?" Tiffany was panicking as she watched. He suddenly saw her turn, as if to walk away. Her clothes were starting to transform. He'd never seen it take this long though...it was usually almost instantaneous.

He looked in another direction, Athena's bottle of not water vanished. She was starting to change too...she was getting younger...

He turned again...seeing Zoe...the pounds were melting off of her and Marie.

The world was spinning around him. He felt dizzy, and then suddenly....

"Are you Jon?" a female voice said.

He blinked a few times, clearing his vision. The woman standing in front of him was...Mallory? An adult Mallory, but Mallory. "Umm...yeah."

She handed him his phone. "Sorry I'm late, but I had to stop and pick up my kids on the way."

"Thank you," he said, taking it.

"I lost my phone last month...that was just in my house....and I know how much of my life is in there," she laughed. "But you really should be thanking my daughter, she's the one who found it." She gestured to the two girls who were standing there, a bit nervously, looking around at all the older high school students walking past.

Jon tried to cover himself, recognizing both of them.
