"Well son, if you truly are interested, I could train you to be a pilot of one of these. It is pretty easy to get certified as an Airship pilot. As for buying one, how lucky are you? You think you could beat me in a monster battle? As I am a NPC, I am only a place holder. As I am also an outdated model that has not been used in so long, I can easily hand over my position and craft to you, I just need a condition to be met. A fair condition is a wager in a non combative nature. Since monster battles are popular in Epic, I could be allowed to wager on a battle, and if you are to beat me in that battle, could hand this over to you. The rooms are in the back, and this ship is stocked with supplies, like the food replicator and shop replicator." Cid went on to say.
"You know, I could even be your pilot, as I have nothing really better to do. What do you say?" Cid asked.
"Well, I guess I have to " I started.
"It is a deal," Suzie interrupted. Again, that discussion was ended before it started. "Just think David, we will be able to go anywhere, Airships are not easy to come by, so this would be a big boost. We could hit islands, or mountains, every day could be a new adventure."
"Ok, I guess it is a deal. But since it is a deal, what are the terms if we loose?" I asked.
"Well, I had not thought about it, but I guess I would have to do something. How is this, since I would become your assistant if you win, hows about if I win, you two become my assistants on board for a few months. I will still teach you things, but you will be staff for this hear ship. Ok with you?" Cid asked.
"Oh yeah!" Suzie shouted before I could get a word out...
After the flight, we went back to the port in town and docked on the water.
"Just wanted you to see how special this craft is, it can land on water or land, which also lets you float as a regular ship. The bad thing about ocean travel however is that you might get boarded by monsters or pirates. The skies are usually much safer." Cid informed us.
We followed him into a near by monster fighting arena and both made our bets. We agreed on the fight and signed the terms. After that, we went to our seats to watch the fight
