Absolutely no one else was on board except for the 2 of us and the pilot. He told us his name was Cid, big surprise there. From a scan using my MAP, I found he was not really a person, but instead a NPC. Not too many real people knew how to fly airships.
I asked him about it, and he told me the reason was that no one ever wanted to learn.
We got into our seats, and the ship disembarked. It was a beautiful site. Not as beautiful as Suzie, but it was still really nice. I was amazed at the detail that the landscape had. I never imagined that from this high, everything still looked so real.
The flight was uneventful, but interesting. We got to see many new areas that normally you cannot get to without the aid of an airship.
"You know, if we had one of these, we never would have to worry about finding transportation, or a room to stay in," Suzie said to me with her trade mark smile. This translates into, you need more money, to buy me one of these, and that is the end of that discussion.
I looked forward to the pilot, "How much work would it take for me to become a pilot, and eventually buy one of these?" I asked knowing full well there was not going to be an easy way to do it ever...
