There was a knock at the door, "Are you finished in there. We are locking up."
"Uh. Yeah just give me a few more seconds."
Jon grabbed the hoodie, quickly shrugging it on. He zipped it up and opened the door.
"Oh, good, you found something. I was a little worried you would have some difficulty. Don't worry about returning the clothes. Since the owners haven't claimed them yet they probably never will."
"Uh... Thanks." With that Jon quickly hurried past the teacher. He was worried that they might notice something wrong and make a big deal out of it.
Fast walking through the hallway he didn't notice one of the last students who were loitering around the school. Not that he had any reason to, her name was Chloe Mitchell. She stood leaning up against the wall as if waiting for someone. Her disinterested eyes briefly looked up from then returning to the screen of her phone.
The dice t-shirt Jon wore under the appropriated hoodie had been hers. Some said that she had the biggest breasts in the school. Not that there was any irrefutable evidence since she only ever wore bulky or loose clothes. In the grand scheme of things, these speculators were true.
Not that Jon had any way of knowing this. Besides he was already stepping through the doors of the high school into the unnaturally cold spring day.
