John knew he had to get dressed before he could leave his room, so he quickly pulled on a t-shirt and a pair of loose, pink sweat pants that he found in his dresser. He quietly left his room, still trying not to wake Lara. Jon hoped that, since his Grandfather hadn't left him the stone from this reality after his passing, that he had left it to one of Jon's siblings. If he had given it to one of Jon's cousins, that would make getting it back that much harder.
He tried searching his new memories for anything that might point him to who was most likely to have the stone, but nothing came to mind. Figuring that he had to start somewhere, he decided to search Mikey's room first. He would be less likely to value it enough to hide it well.
Jon listened at the door for a few seconds and, not hearing anything from the other side, let himself in. Mikey's room was a mess and Jon quickly realized that, though Mikey might not be as good at hiding something like the stone, the general disarray of his room might make it harder to find anything hidden or not.
