"I wish that," Jon said, "For one week, My family would choose to swap roles randomly" Jon always had a thing for roles and how, swapping roles can affect people, he would probably be a psychologist when he graduated college.
later that day in the Living room, Jon's Mom was holding a brown paper bag, and she placed 5 pieces of paper in it, one with each of the family's names on it, Richard (Dad), Jane (Mom), Jon, Zoe, and Mikey
Mom talked about this experiment they were doing as if they had already agreed on it, as a fun game, they would all choose a paper and for a week live as that person, sleep in their room, wear their clothes be with their friends, the schools had been informed allowing the person to go to school as that person, their friends knew as well, they would accept whoever they got, even Zoe's dark goth friends agreed. And the parents works were allowing it as, they would get payed for what work they got done, and some days would be taken from vacation time.
One by one they all took a slip of paper, Jon was excited, he was ok with choosing anybody, but he truthfully was hoping for either Mikey or Dad, not really wanting to have to live as a girl or woman for a week.
when his turn came, he pulled out his folded piece of paper and got, Zoe, that kinda sucked but he was still excited about this whole prospect.
Mikey Got Richard.
Richard Got Jane.
Zoe Got Mikey
and Jane got Jon
Zoe took Jon up to her room, while Mom and Dad helped each other and Mikey get acquainted with their new rooms and roles.
Zoe showed Jon where she kept her black makeup, how to put it on and how to put on a bra, luckily, though they weren't exactly the same size, Jon was able to fit into most of Zoe's clothing.
After Jon thought he knew enough to live as Zoe for a week, Jon was wearing a black T-shirt and a stuffed bra, it was kind of scratchy, a pair or black boyshorts panties and a long tattered looking skirt, and knee length black and white striped socks he found his mom, to help become a teen guy, which didn't take long, she changed into a T-shirt and a pair of his pants, aided by a belt.
Back in the living room, Jon found his Father wearing a peach blouse, white bra, and long white skirt.
Zoe was wearing a blue T-shirt and Mikey's blue jeans, also luckily that Mikey was kind of tall for his age he was just shorter than Zoe.
And Mikey wasn't wearing his Dad's clothes, instead he was told that he would always need to wear a pair of nice pants and collared shirt for work
it had only been a few minutes since the switch, when Zoe told him
"My friend Athena just called, she is going to Hot Topic, and your going with her, here take my phone, and I'll take yours for the week."
Jon was going to buy clothing with Zoe's friends
