This is a collective writing website. Everything is canon. It's just a different branch. Don't denigrate your own work by calling it "non-canon." It's just your version. Which is great to see.
The only thing you need to watch for is making sure that you're posting in the right place: your chapter should flow directly from the previous chapter, but you seem to have posted after the one that takes place at the same time. It looks like you read Paradox's version, got an idea, and wrote your own version of the same scene afterward. If that happens, you need to go back to the parent episode and post your branch there so that your scene is side-by-side with Paradox's on the tree, and not one branch lower.
Remember, we're trying to build one cohesive unit together, so it doesn't matter what you write, just make sure it's, well, cohesive to the chapter before it.
