If you get one arrow embedded in another, they will receive the same score. If the score is tied, each archer might receive a point, or there might be a tiebreaker round, depending on the type of competition you are attending. It was a Whoever gets the most points will win the round. The winner will get two points, and a draw might give you one point. To win the competition, you’ll need to have six points for an individual. If you are playing as part of a team, you’ll need to win five rounds. Who won the end will also determine the shooting order. Whoever got the lowest score in the previous end will shoot first. Whoever got the highest points will shoot last. This might be able to give them an advantage. Archers must adhere to all official rules in terms of the equipment they use in the performance of their sport, with the main emphasis being on them using no equipment or accessories that would give an unfair advantage over an opponent. The maximum time permitted to shoot an end of three arrows is two minutes, and four minutes for an end of six arrows. I thought that it was fine. I will win.

Down on the field of competition, we were taken to a locker room so we could get our gear on. Cyrus gathered us up together and made sure we were pumped up. We looked at him. "Listen up. We might not see eye to eye on most things, but all of us are representing the school. Don't embarrass yourselves and do what we practiced. I know what I'm doing. I trained you right. Everything that we did will be able to let even you win." he said. There is a good way to motivate people. Cyrus had it. We put all of our hands together and lifted them on the count of 3. It seemed that the time of competition was needed to shake the racism and gender discrimination. After the team chant, we went over to take our practice shots. We each got to approach the target with the arrows to shoot. 3 arrows were given to make sure that you could get loose and limber for the actual competition. There was a bracket for the teams and one for the individual competition. We were going to be in the team bracket. The individual bracket was up first and we were going to cheer on the others. It was all we could do.

Each athlete may not raise the bow arm until the signal to start is given and penalties can be given – in the form of points forfeits – if the bow is drawn after the official practice has been closed. An arrow cannot be re-shot under any circumstances. The arrow may be considered not to have been shot if it falls from the bow or misfires, or if the target blows or falls over. Extra time would be given in such circumstances. An arrow that rebounds or hangs from the target will still score based on the mark it makes on the target face. Arrows that stick – Robin Hood-style – in the nock of another shall score the same as the arrow in which they are embedded. Athletes can be disqualified, have points deducted or be banned from competition for various breaches of rules, based on the severity of the offence. If equipment is damaged, appeals can be made to the judge for such equipment to be replaced or fixed, and any time allowances will be at the judge’s discretion. We came from an elite school, but it was a small club before we got here. They only did moderately well, but nowhere near the best.

For our part, we were going to crush the competition. Most of us had the enhancements from the drugs. We were also spread out in the tournament's bracket. That meant we would not eliminate each other too quickly. That was a good thing. Ivan, Allen and I were able to make quick and accurate shots. Due to own my human error, I missed the bullseye sometimes. The others did not have such issues. This had us blow past the competition of several rounds until we met Isham's team. 2 of their team were not enhanced by the drug so it was easy to pass them. I smiled as Isham sucked his teeth and stomped his feet. This win was the round of 16. The next round was a rando group of NPCs. We absolutely destroyed them. The semifinals was another group of randos. We crushed them to dust. It was in the final round where we met our final opponents. It was great that we were going to be facing off against Abner, Myles and Emory. The tournament was now over. Our school had won. We were the team B and they were the team A. I did not want to risk losing so we had a tie for first.
