I should have rephrased that bit, I am not going to actually code it in Perl, I'm just curious about the mechanics of the old site.
I'm currently working on giving the new build multiple themes. It's reminding me that I didn't go back and standardize the theme CSS across the entire original code base so I have to redo some old work now.
And yes, I've been looking through our old emails! I'm planning on restructuring the code a bit and make it more modular. Playing with sessions in preparation to working on login system (maybe?).
