They spotted Sarah across the street. Her on-again off-again boyfriend lived only a block away from Jon, and she'd often passed his house on her way there...deliberately walking on the other side of the street from his house...
Suddenly, Sarah howled, dropping to her feet, her clothes vanishing, golden fur growing...before long, a golden retriever bounded across the street and began to lick Jon's face...
"This isn't quite what you meant..." Jon said...
"I know...but Sarah is less of a bitch as a bitch than she was a a human...Funny huh?" Karyn said...
"Instead of humans becoming dog-people...they are becoming dogs...there won't be any people on Earth when its done..." he said...as a nearby house vanished, replaced by a group of trees.
