The Small Range Stone

The stone he put in its place looked almost exactly like the original stone, it was a little smaller, barely noticeable.
It was the Stone of Small Range. Instead of wishes affecting a range of several miles, they are now reduced to a far smaller area of 656'.
Everything and everybody outside of that area will neither be affected nor have their being warped to fit the new reality.
