As Sarah stared menacingly at Karyn, contemplating accepting her help, Karyn put on her most innocent looking smile. Her smile was intended to hide the devious thoughts she was having. Tired of Sarah's ridicule and bitterness, she thought maybe Sarah would be nicer after quick kiss.
Karen knew that Sarah's attitude and popularity was only accredited to the fact that she was desired by every guy in school. If Sarah were to like girls instead of guys she would be ridiculed as an outcast as well. Then the guys would ignore her and her fellow cheerleaders would make fun her. That would teach her! And since Karyn didn't care for or respect Sarah, her conscience would not nag her for doing this.
Sarah, finally grabbed Karyn's hand to steady herself as she started to get up. Once Sarah was more than half way to her feet, Karyn quickly pulled Sarah's arm, drawing her body close to Karyn's. Then, before Sarah could get reoriented, Karyn quickly planted her lips square on the cheerleader's.
Karyn thought to herself, "To bad she's a total bitch, she's got really great lips!" But the kiss did not last long. Karyn had pulled Sarah toward herself to hard and her balance was quickly lost. Karyn had to pull away from Sarah to prevent herself from falling.
Sarah stood there in shock for a moment. That's when Karyn noticed Sarah's lips. She was not wearing the pale pink lipstick that complemented her complexion anymore. Sarah now had dark pink lips that looked very wet and very shiny. Karyn knew the lip gloss had transferred but didn't think the kiss was long enough. When Sarah came around, she screamed at Karyn, "What the hell do you think you're doing, freak!? Stay the hell away from me!" She then wiped her mouth, failing to remove or notice the new lip gloss, and spit at the ground disgusted.
Karyn wasn't sure what, if any, effect the Lover Girl lip gloss had on Sarah but didn't really care at that point. The girls gave each other dirty looks and continued walking in different directions.
