Going off of that, we could easily get into a club with only a few members. I was thinking about martial arts. That was a better us of our time. It would help us increase our fighting power and allow us to dominate the competition on a massive scale. Getting them in the upper rungs of competition would be a ladder for us to get ahead for college and beyond. We were all very strong already. All we needed to do was hone them into the skill set we would need after school. I probed the group about their thoughts on the karate club when we were walking around. Emory, Abner and Miles were open to a club, but not that one. "Karate is for pussies! We already do boxing at the gym." Abner said. Myles nodded in agreement and added "Yeah, all of that dumb shit they do there can't help you out in a real fight." Amias and Linus were actually more concerned about the bullying. While the clubs were open to all students, all of the main members in each club were just the alphas of the Blaquis, Nudria and Osis ethnic groups. I told them "We have to be change we want to see. Things will be okay."
Hearing that they did not want to be directly bullied and embarrassed on the field and that they did not want to be outnumbered by the dominant ethnic groups. Looking it over with the full club lists provided to me by the school, I saw there were 2 clubs that fit the bill. They were archery and kendo. Archery had just 5 members and Kendo had 7. With Amias, Emory, Myles, Abner, Linus and me, we would nearly double the Kendo club or over double the smaller Archery club. It would be even better for us if we also added in Ivan and Alden. The 3 of were all Ganes. That would make us a good chunk of the new team. While now omegas, Abner and Myles were still Osis. That at least might be a potential in for them. That can be a problem if they used them to push their bullshit down our throats. Still, we needed to go and try it out. I ran off to go get Ivan and Alden. They were not too happy to join. In fact, the both of them just stared at me in pure confusion. "Out of all the things to join in school, why tryout for the Archery club?" Alden asked. Ivan nodded. "That sounds real lame. What's in it for us?"
I took the time to explain what we could possibly do. "C'mon. Everyone is always sucking Blaqis dick all day. Us Ganes can go the distance and make everyone eat their words. We can just dominate all the competition and put ourselves on the map. And we have our friends to help us take that club over as well. There is nothing to lose here." I said. Ivan smirked. "If you wanted to teach those bastards a lesson, you should have just started with that. All that other bullshit isn't good marketing." he said. It might be true. Alden just stretched out his arms and asked "Where do we sign up!?" I knew that there was an open tryout system for all the clubs. You can go up to them at any time you wanted to sign up to join their club. They will set up a trial for you to tryout for the team if you pass, you were in. If not, you were out. Obviously, the really choosy clubs with a lot of good members would have a harder tryout than ones desperate for members. The Archery club had 5 members. They would probably have a good tryout that would not be too hard to pass. We probably could pass a hard one too.
As we made our way over there, people looked at us with curiosity. There was nearly 10 of us walking together. When we got to the clubroom, I looked around. I really did need to know the current number of each ethnic group in the club. There were 2 Blaqis, 2 Nudria and 1 Osis members. It seemed balanced enough for us to make a significant shift in the balance of power. They looked at the group and asked what was going on. Before we entered, they were just goofing around as they were getting ready to go practice. "This is the Archery club. Can we help you guys?" one of the upperclassmen Blaqis said. He was Cyrus Marlin, the captain of the team. I stepped up and said "I'm pretty new to the school. My friends and I wanted to join the club. I know there are open tryouts for all the teams, right?" He looked at us and saw the collars on Amias and Linus's necks. "We have open tryouts for anyone who feels they might be a good fit. There are 2 Alphas on the team and it might be uncomfortable for some if Omegas joined." he said carefully. "Trust me, we are not uncomfortable."
