"Hi!" Jordan greeted the boy while looking him up and down. Heather also looked him up and down.
"Hey baby." She said getting close to him. "You're looking good in that outfit."
The guy rolled his eyes. "You freshmen think since you got to the top of the heap in high school..." he complained.
"We're pledging the sorority..." Jordan said. "I saw you at the party the other night."
"I'm Shawn," he said.
"This is Heather and I'm Jordan. We just wanted to learn a bit more about the houses. You want some company?"
"If you two can keep your hormones in check, fine," he said. "What do you want to know?"
"These tests are kind of weird."
"Yeah, well, Greek life is like that. I had to go through it."
"Why do the fraternity and sorority do it together?"
"Because we all have homework, and its a big job to initiate pledges," he said. "Besides, it's all in good fun. We get to know all of you and decide who we want to accept. I went through it." And our two houses do a lot of things together. And before you get the idea about interhouse dating...yeah, a few of us are dating each other. But some of us have boyfriends and girlfriends elsewhere on campus, or even back home. And some of us, surprise, are fine being single."
