"Sure why not?" Biff said. Jordan smiled and then the two students carried on with their route.
As they walked Biff couldn't quite shake the feeling that something was off though. He was sure when he'd been talking about how he'd gotten into school on a partial football scholarship she hadn't been the slight bit interested in the topic.
Maybe she just liked him and wanted to learn about his interests. She was kind of cute in her own way.
"Biff, you with me?" Jordan said, more assertively than the somewhat shy type he'd pegged her for before. "You're like..out in space somewhere."
"Oh...yeah. Sorry," he said.
