Both Mikey and Biff laughed. "Work!?" Mikey said.
"Come on Gar, you're not smart enough for work. Well except maybe at Hooter's!" Biff said.
Gary practically growled at him. "Are you calling me stupid?"
"No, umm....babe, help me out here..." Biff said, stumbling.
"School isn't your thing...." Mikey said. "But that's fine...you're fun, perky...you look great...even without makeup...You're a good friend..."
"I'm not some kind of airhead..."
Mikey patted him. "Of course you aren't," he said. "Biff's just saying your talents aren't nerdy stuff like science and math."
"Yeah...Sorry, I was just joking," Biff said, uncomfortably. He thought he was being funny. Gary usually laughed at school. He wasn't trying to make Gary mad. Maybe it was just Gary's time of the month.
