(Note: When we left off with Mikey/Sarah, they were not quite at the family swap level...wanted that to play out.)
He headed into the living room, really just wanting to be alone.
"Oh hey Robert!" Linda said as she noticed her daughter enter the room. "We didn't think that you'd be home tonight."
Robert shrugged his shoulders. "Dinner's ready" he announced.
"AW," Sarah whined. "This game was just getting good. I'm winning!" She said.
Linda laughed and ruffled Sarah's hair. "Now now," she said. "We can finish the game after dinner." Sarah huffed but they paused the game and entered the dining room.
"Oh great! We get to eat with the freak" Mikey said as he saw Robert join them at the table.
"Mikey! Don't be so rude!" Roger said crossly. "I won't have you talking like that about my daughter.".
Mikey frowned. "Sorry."
Roger accepted the apology and then started serving out the meal.
