Mikey was feeling rather strange...but it was because the strange things he was doing seemed normal, even though he knew he had never done them before. Some of them seemed so normal he hadn't even realized he was doing them.
He did know that he needed to keep Biff under control. Controlling Biff seemed important to him. So when Biff asked him where he wanted to go, he paused for a moment.
