"..the scavenger hunt to end all scavenger hunts! When I snap my fingers 11 random people in your town will be changed. However, the catch is, any person changed won't know they have been changed! To them and everyone else outside this room, they had ALWAYS been that way! The two teams have to go find my transformations. The first team to find six, wins!"
Fred snapped his fingers and then paused as the audience murmured a bit at this suddenly expanded playing field, the rather lengthy task, and what this all meant.
Fred smiled and explained, "Aww, don't stress your cute little heads about the logistics of this longer game. I know you are worried about little things like your jobs and families. Do not worry, I've made ample arrangements. While time will move forward outside this room during the game, it won't in this room. As for the families and jobs and whatever for everyone staying in here, to the outside world during the duration of this game this building and the people in it never existed. But when the game is over time and everything else will reset back to right now. Just for fun though, I've left my 11 changes out there permanent. Your little town could use something, erm, 'interesting' to happen anyway."
Fred then turned to the teams and told them, "You have unlimited time outside to find your people. However do try to hurry as you humans have very short lifespans. If both teams fail to find six people, both teams lose, which means I'll be not having fun, which means very bad things will happen. So, it is very much in your interest for you, your gender, and your species to try to win quickly! When you find a person on the list simply tap them on the shoulder or touch them in any way to claim them for your team, you'll see a flash of light. But each person can only be claimed once, so if you don't see a flash someone has already claimed that person. Oh,and if you have any urges to alert the press or authorities about the game don't bother, not only will it not work because this building is an empty field to the outside world right now, but you will suddenly find yourself in Antarctica for your insolence. I assure you this will not only make it difficult to play the game, but your survival for even a couple hours will be an issue unless you plan ahead and dress for -35 temperatures."
The team members were all looking worried as they realized the huge task before them.
Fred spoke again, "When the game is over all of you will return to this room when the outside world resets to right now. Here is a list of my changes to find!"
Fred handed a card to each player. On the card was the following list:
A person with six fingers on each hand.
A man whose penis is where his nose should be.
A woman with three breasts.
A person with a donkey's tail.
A woman with mens size 16 feet.
A man with a little girl's voice.
A person with deer antlers on their head.
A person with pubic hair on their head instead of normal hair.
A tiny man (barely six inches tall).
A person with feet on their arms instead of hands.
A person with horse hooves instead of feet.
Fred smiled as the players read their cards. He then spoke loudly into the mic, "One, two, three.... GO!"
And with a flash the six players suddenly found themselves standing in an empty field where the high school normally was. They all just kind of looked nervously at each other for a bit until Horatio suddenly took off running. The rest soon followed.....
