When Jon gets close to Mitch, he sees that his hair is indeed longer and looks a little bit darker but he let's that slide by for now as he questions him. "Mitch, what the hell happened back there?" he asks in a concerned tone.
Mitch keeps his head hung low, turning it to face Jon. "I did it Jon, I made that computer explode myself. I don't know how I did it. I just pointed at it and it burst into flames." he confesses.
Jon's eyes go wide with surprise upon hearing this. "How did you pull this off? You know that if they find out that you did this you're going to get arrested right? They don't play around with stuff like this anymore." Jon replies, hoping that reality will start to sink in to him.
However, the reaction that Mitch gives is certainly not one that he was expecting as he starts chuckling a bit maniacally. "But the thing though Jon was that it felt great to do it. Almost like a rush, a high even. I want to feel that feeling again." he says.
After hearing that, Jon knew that Mitch was losing his mind. "Dude you have to keep yourself under control. In fact you're scaring me a little bit." he says in an effort to calm Mitch down.
But Mitch isn't having any of it as the cackling is getting louder and louder to the point where everyone is looking at him. "Mitch what are you laughing about?" one of the people in the crowd asks.
The answer he gives isn't one that anyone had expected as he conjures up another fireball although this one was rather weak and shoots it at the person causing their clothes to ignite and they immediately start rolling around on the floor to put it out.
Everyone glances at Mitch who has by now completely lost his mind. "None of you can do anything to stop me." he says as he runs off towards one of the exits at break neck speed unthinkable for a normal human.
With that issue taken care of for now, everyone is taking care of the student that Mitch had set on fire and she appears to be ok as she had managed to get th fire out on her own.
But Karyn was there and witnessed the whole thing and went up to talk to Jon. "Jon this wouldn't have anything to do with the stone would it?" she asks and waits for Jon to reply.
