As Jon makes his way to class, he tries to figure out the connection of the apple glowing and the three people who had touched it having the reactions that they did. "If only it was still able to grant wishes I'd have this figured out by now." he says to himself.
He doesn't make it much farther when he sees a bit of a commotion down the hallway. "What's going on now?" he asks as he starts to pick up his pace so that he can get a look at what's going on.
It's over by the AV studio where people are gathering around trying to get a peak inside and he's hearing people chattering amongst themselves. "Yea it just blew up all of a sudden." "It just ignited on it's own." "Maybe it was a malfunction in the circuitry." are some of the things he hears as he starts to get closer.
"What's going on?" he asks when he arrives, hoping someone there will have an answer to this commotion.
"It was the strangest thing, we were just sitting there and all of a sudden one of the computers just burst into flames. One of the strangest things I ever saw. I don't think it was a technical issue I think someone used magic or something to blow it up but magic doesn't exist." one of the AV students says.
Jon tries to slip into the room but the school staff isn't letting him through. "Sorry no one can get it until we get this figured out." one of them says.
That's when he notices Mitch away from the action, trying to be as descrete as possible. "Hey Mitch what happened in there?" he asks as he approaches him. When he gets closer, he notices something odd about Mitch. 'Is his hair longer?' he thinks to himself.
