Mel stared at her. Kyla Leeson, the head of the cheerleaders, was asking him out? This was like a dream come true!
"Definitely," he said.
Kyla was adaptable. If her friend was now a cute boy...then he'd be the perfect boyfriend...for as long as she wanted him.
Andy leaned over. "Mel, can we have a minute...?"
Kyla nodded. "Don't be long," she said, in her best come hither voice.
Andy and Eric took Mel a short distance away. "Are you nuts? I mean...I'd kill for her to be interested in me...but I like breathing too much. Do you want to have Jay pound you into a bloody pulp?"
"Come on..."
"Look man, if you want to risk a trip to the hospital, that's your decision," Eric said.
Mel rolled his eyes. "You spend all that time ogling your stepmom and I'm the one doing something stupid?"
Eric held his hands up. "I'm just trying to be a good friend. If you want to get yourself killed, that's your business. I'll shut up about it."
Meanwhile, across the Food Court... "What are you doing?" Sarah asked, pacing next to the table. "You know he used to be a woman, right?"
"He doesn't know that. He thinks he's always been this way. I'm not a lesbian or anything. Why is it any of your business?"
"I'm investigating with you, and investigating doesn't mean asking the test subject out."
"This isn't a science experiment," Kyla said. "This is real life. Jeeze, look at you...Why don't you get out and live life sometime?"
Jay pulled up in front of Biff's house. "Have you ever thought of maybe...changing your look?" He asked, suddenly.
