When the two girls reached the table, they stopped and looked at the boys who used to be girls only moments earlier.
One of the boys looked in their direction. "What?" he asked. Kyla looked at the three. They hadn't even turned into particularly handsome boys...cute maybe. They seemed average.
"We go to the same school, don't we?" She tried.
"Yeah," he said. "I'm Mel, that's Eric over there, and that's Andy." He seemed surprised that she even cared.
Kyla smiled. She knew how to manipulate boys...but it was weird doing it knowing they used to be girls...and friends of hers.
"We were supposed to meet some people from school here, but they didn't show. Do you mind if I join you?"
"What about...?" Mel gestured toward Sarah.
Sarah tried to think of a convincing lie. "I'm her umm...lab partner," she tried. She was a horrible liar.
