As the paper burned, Athena suddenly felt blood rush to her head, making her blink her eyes a few times to clear her vision. She noticed something really wrong.
The last few square inches of the scroll were burning. Something completely different from what she had written to turn Jon into an incubus. Closing her eyes she suddenly remembered being compelled to write something completely different, but she couldn't remember what. Ah, someone made her wish for her to wish for something to happen to Jon but what? That also meant that someone knew she was the one who was wishing for Jon.
Looking back to the scroll the only thing she could make out before it was finally consumed were the words "... 13 generations ago was a Succubus...".

Huh... Athena had been daydreaming about something she couldn't remember what it was. It had to with a mistake she made or... had she even done anything. She couldn't remember making a mistake. So everything must be fine.
Athena pulled out her phone with the intention of calling Zoe to see if she could go over to her house. Something was going to happen at the Gibson household and she was going to be there.
