In the morning Jon got dressed quickly and hurried over to Karyn's house. He needed to see if she had any ideas on what to do about his wish. He felt like he was waiting for a hammer to fall.
Karyn threw open the door after he rang the bell. "Jon, you've got to help me..." she said.
"What is it?" he asked. "What's wrong?"
"The stupid wish I made. Come upstairs for a minute...you have to see this..."
