The person who stepped into the room was Lisa Williams. She was known around the school as being a hard core feminist. She believed that men were to blame for all of societies problems, and a world run by women would be a utopia.
"Well, hello...Jon Madison, right?" Lisa asked. "You're in my history class. Or, you were before this war began. Can't really see school being at the top of anyone's to do list for a while."
"War?" Jon asked. "What do you mean?" With any luck, he'd be able to get some answers out of this girl, in regards to why he had seen the other students fighting earlier.
"You don't know?" Lisa asked, shocked. "It's new, but I figured everyone would pick up on it quickly enough. For some reason, some people woke up with...powers."
"Powers?" Jon asked. "What kind of powers?"
"Well, that's a bit hard to really explain, but the best way to put it is the power to recruit." Lisa said. "To add new numbers to their forces."
Jon remained silent. If this was true, then that would explain Karyn being dressed like a cheerleader and going along with them.
"And, with that said, I'm sure you can imagine why you're here." Lisa said.
Jon looked up at her, his eyes widening as he realized the gravity of the current situation. "So, you..."
"That's right, I woke up with some powers of my own." Lisa said. It was at this point that Jon noticed that she had one of her hands behind her back, as though she was hiding something from him.
She grinned as she pulled her hand from behind her back, revealing a necklace with the symbol of Venus on it. Jon's eyes shifted between the necklace and Lisa's sinister smirk, and he swallowed hard.
"So...ready to see this power first hand?" Lisa asked.
