The next morning Biff Meadows rolled out of bed with a new sense of purpose and power. He dressed in his usual wife-beater and jeans, then threw his football jersey on over his top. Biff was a jock, and he wanted the world to know it. Football was definitely his favorite sport, but he found a new appreciation for the other athletes out there. They were his people after all, and he had to organize them.

Sarah McMillan awoke feeling invigorated. And why not, she thought as she slipped on a satiny bra with lace accents and matching panties.
After all, she was perky and popular. Her designer blouse hugged her figure, working with the bra to provide the very best display of her young yet fabulous breasts.
She was bouncy and beautiful. The brief pink skirt showed off legs well toned by many a cheerleading practice.
Flirty and feminine. Her candy pink shoes slid easily on her feet, their heels adding three inches to her height.
"Preppy and perfect," she told her reflection in the mirror, admiring her pink and glossy lips. Her eyes and hair were perfect...she was perfect. Sarah understood herself perfectly. Jay Duncan bolted upright in his bed, spilling a couple empty Mountain Dew bottles to the floor. His sharp mind seemed somehow sharper. His senses alive, taking in information and using it to calculate options, possibilities, and conclusions. Jay put on his large, thick glasses and found he could focus even further.
He got up, pulling on a yellowish-tan shirt with the original Star Trek insignia on the chest. Now Jay did feel like Captain Kirk. He was tired of the intelligent elite of the school being picked on and belittled by the vapid wastes of space who passed as popular. Everything would soon be different, today was the dawn of the nerd.

Athena DeVries woke slowly. Morning was not her best time of day, but she made the best of it. She rose and walked to the small balcony of her attic bedroom. Athena opened to door and let the crisp morning air caress her pale, naked flesh. She smiled at the dreary little town stretched out before her. In her mind a cloak of velvet darkness descended over the town, waking the sheep up from their mindless conformity.
She quickly wrapped her body in leather and fishnets and chains, a corset created the center of her outfit. Athena moved with an almost supernatural elegance to her vanity mirror and applied her thick, dark make up. She would gather together Zoe, Zelda, and the others, then they would paint the town to their image as easily as she painted her lips black.

Karyn noticed Jon's distraction as he walked up to her the next day.
"What's up,Jon-boy? Why so glum?" Then a thought occurred to her and her face fell. "You didn't...?"
"I don't know," Jon answered her quickly. "I accidentally wished that something interesting would happen, but so far I haven't noticed anything weird or interesting. The suspense is killing me."
Karyn thought about yelling at him for his foolishness, then looked down at her newly endowed chest and decided she lacked the high ground for accidental wishing.
The two of them fell outside of the major cliques at school, as did a decent portion of the students. They started walking to school together, unaware of what was waiting for them there.
