As junior year began, Noah was a clean slate. The benefits that you would get from a Lock or Key will wore off after a certain amount of time. He needed people to keep coming back every few days or so for more. That was obviously not possible for a high schooler with strict parents and family. Chemistry Sux was the name of the 5 man band Noah was in. There were 9 members in the club and the advisor, a hot English teacher for the seniors, had encouraged them to group up by their year so that the students could support each other as they grew together. He had the right idea. If they were all in separate years, they would have to split apart when graduation came around. That was not good for any band. Chemistry Sux had a vocalist, a drummer, 2 guitarists and finally a bassist. Noah was the rhythm guitarist. The lead guitarist, often known as a solo guitarist, plays with sounds around the rhythm guitarist and be creative and inspirational. On the other hand, the rhythm guitarist will keep the rhythm and be the backbone of the song. Teamwork was important for a perfect performance. The solo guitar sounds empty and hollow in the band without the rhythm guitar that carries the song, like a lot of jewelry without anyone to wear it. Since rhythm guitar is in connection with the drums and bass guitar, they carried songs. The vocals rely on the rhythm guitar to not lose the beat.
Its sound is usually full and fat, opposite to a lead guitar, which is often high pitched and very precise. Noah loved to play in the band, but he was not the best at it. Noah was not just the type for pulling out solos from nowhere or shredding compellingly. He could do them, but was not as good as Evan, the lead guitarist. Betty was the band bassist and her cousin Zayne was the vocalist. Michael was the drummer. Betty and Zayne were the ones that reached out to us to form the band. Back in freshman year there were more people in the Music Club. That was due to Chelsea, the girl who taught Noah to play. She was an open Blue Lock. That probably drew many people to the club. She was open and fair with her sexuality. Anyone that wanted could get a turn with her, but they actually had to be able to play with her. That meant that there were a lot of bands that she would help out. Since Noah was also a Lock, he had no reason to try and fuck her. They bonded quite at bit as a result. It took him a full year to come out to her about it. Chelsea was Noah's first crush. She was very good to him.
