Jon gently pushed her teenage mother out, and curled up in the bed and closed his eyes, hoping that if he wished, things would return back to normal.
Unfortunately, he simply nodded off again, and woke up...in exactly the same place. A bit calmer, though no less panicked, he slowly went down the stairs and found his grandmother...or rather a younger version of her at the stove.
That meant...the older woman he'd seen last night must be his great-grandmother Zoe, the one his sister was named for.
The morning paper was sitting on the table. He picked it up.
