I saw her get hostile and I called for Gary. He jumped in front of me. "Knock her out." was all I said. He said "Yes Father!" with a big smile and walked up to her. She just smirked as she slithered closer. "What makes you think-" was all she got out before Gary pulled of a spinning back kick to her face. It laid her out flat. I looked at the tribe and said "Do whatever you want with her." They, of course, ran to her and began to fill all of her orifices with their eggs. That was not surprising. I then told all of them to hunker down in their dwellings. I waited to see how long she would be out for. After half an hour, I got bored. I told Percy to heal her and wake her up. When she woke up, she hissed in pain. She felt the eggs in her body and glared at the huts of the tribe. "Those damn nuisances! I'll kill them all for this insult. They think an Ekans will bear a Ynnub's eggs? Get real!" she yelled. I looked at her and said "You'll do no such thing. Move on before I make you breed stock for all 3 tribes." She flinched in fear and slithered in the direction she came from. The tribe came to celebrate when she left.
Percy, Gary and Ryder came to me for direct affirmation from me and Epsilon. We pet their ears and rubbed their bellies. After a bit of revelry, we made our way back. My ability to help the tribes was not in question. I wondered if it would be worth it though. The world was certainly interesting. When we got in the tower, Yawni and Benson were waiting to tell us about what they saw while we were gone. The other tribes were talking amongst themselves at the moment. There was no real way to tell what a particular NPC was saying. Whatever they happened to be talking about, it was obviously important. I did not want to be conceited, but I was pretty sure it was about me and my visit. Nothing was wrong with them talking it over. Getting bored, I switched to another place. There was nothing to report there. Yawni and Benson could both continue to monitor the situation. Epsilon looked at me and just said "That was annoying." I smirked at him. "You aren't the Sage here. If you want to go out and fuck one of the demonoids, you can. Just stay within the territory." I informed him. He scoffed.
Quietly, he came closer and hugged me. It was Ryder came over and hugged us too. It was a bit more awkward, so it was quickly aborted. We then went to our separate ways for a bit. In the next few days the tribes were living in a semblance of peace. The white and black tribes were doing things to fix their lands. The brown tribe was a bit more lackadaisical. They were just poking around their crops and pairing off to mate. 5 days in, something had changed. 6 Ynnub, 2 from each tribe made their way to the stone tower. All of us stood outside to receive them. When they got to us, I said "Welcome. What do you want from us." The white tribe members came forward. "We want to grow in strength. We don't want to just be prey for the Ekans." the male of the group said. "We want to be a better tribe with lots of things... and space!" a female from the black tribe said. "We want our offspring to be the strongest. You should breed with us." one of the adolescent males from the male tribe said. Looking closer, it was the same 2 that we fought last time. I had to think of what to do. I could help them.
