As the night progressed, they were having a good time and getting drunk. William was only a bit buzzed. He began to drink his water. Diana was at the door and he was going to see her. She was the manager of the varsity baseball team. Things were doing pretty well for them. The team's many wins allowed for a plethora of opportunities to party. Tending to their various scrapes and bruises was also good practice in first aid and maintaining a near stoic attitude with her bedside manners. William really liked that part of her. He also liked how wild and fun she could be when she let loose and was full of the energy from the blue Key. William opened up the door. She smiled and he let her in. It was then that his roommate said "Hey Diana." She smiled and said hi back. She was a bit unsteady on her feet as she smiled at him. He had causal dalliances with certain people on campus. He knew that she did not skimp on her partners either. Such was the way of open relationships. William had 2 firm rules for dating. 1- they had to like videogames. The 2nd- no sex unless they were healthy and fit.
Being a Blue Key had a self reinforcing cycle to it. The more he had sex, the more energy he would gain. The more energy he had, the easier it was to get sex from other people. At some point, he would be so energized that no one would be able to resist his power. Raised in a progressive household, he was not a stranger to one night stands or casual hook-ups. This was why William came up with his rules in the first place. He was acquainted with most of the cheer team members and others from his classes. Diana sat on his bed as he played another round of the videogame with his roommate. He won this time and Diana held her hand out to his roommate. "Cough up the controller. The winner gets to face the one on the sidelines." He grumbled about it, but handed it over. William smirked at her and said "Are you ready!? I'm feeling really good about this next one." "Yeah right. Let's see what you got, babe." she scoffed. They played a very close game, but it was Diana that pulled ahead in the very end and won by a very thin margin. William said "Shit." He then handed the controller over.
Chatting about the game was fun as he was able to show that he was more than just a pretty face. Diana and his roommate were around him as a captive audience. His grasp of the lore of the game was pretty substantial. They listened in as he talked and asked questions as they arose. If it was important, he engaged them. If not, he just ignored them and continued his current point. They continued playing and Diana won again. "Good game, Diana." he congratulated her. She smiled wide at him and held out her hand for a high five. William gave it to her. He took the controller back and said "What do you guys think about getting something to eat after this room?" That made his roommate frown. "No way! I was just getting ready to curb stomp you both. I can feel it!" blinked and sat down. "That's fine, we can just order something and have the food come to us." "That sounds good to me." his roommate said. They had adverted a very minor crisis. William and Dianna continued playing and did his best to win. When he did, he got up and did his own victory dance. Diana just gave him a look.
