"Fuck. Well, just being off premises isn't enough. Looks like we have to leave in a less literal way," said Mikey, taking off the necklace and putting it back in the bag.
"So we either get kicked out or terminate our contract. I vote we talk to Robin,” said Rika.
‘How’s that going to go? ‘Hey lady, we know a Greek goddess is running the show, let us out’?”
“Something like that, yes. What do we have to lose?” asked Rika while getting onto her bike. The two biked back to the center of camp. After dropping off the book, they went to their cabin (Cherry). They felt hungry and tired after the long trip. Before doing anything else, they went to the mess hall to pick up some grub. They grabbed some carrots and corn to dip into some dressing. Then went back to the cabin to plan what to say to Robin, but Rika started to get really tired. Shortly after the first yawn, she was out like a light. Michelle proofread what they had typed up and memorized it. After another trip to the bathroom, Michelle went to the administration cabin.
Michelle knocked and entered. There were multiple pregnant woman on phones getting supplies and determining activities. Robin’s door was open and she went in.
“May I help you, Michelle?”
“Yes, I was hoping to leave the camp early.”
“Why? Being pregnant is a wonderful experience.”
“I just don’t think it is for me, or Rika. Neither of us knew what we were coming for.”
“It’s unfortunate that your mothers didn’t talk to you both first, but you are here until they decide to leave or your week is up.”
“What about being an emancipated minor?”
“This situation is a little different. You aren’t truly pregnant. You should talk about it with your parents. Have a good rest of your day. I’ll make sure some sweatpants are dropped off at your cabin tomorrow.”
“Can you at least tell me how the names of the cabin change?”
“We change them a couple times a day, nothing magical about it.”
Michelle walked back to her cabin, noting that the cabin was now called Orange. Rika was still snoozing on the bed. The other ladies in the cabin invited her to dinner, so she went. She brought back some food for her friend. After dinner, Michelle asked her mom to go for a walk.
“Mom, I would like to go home. I’ve tried this for a few days, and I’m not enjoying it.”
“Michelle, the first trimester is over. The next few days should be much easier. I had a breeze for all of the second trimesters.”
“That’s just it mom, I don’t want any trimester. I want to be back to my normal self.”
“You don’t want to see what its like, just in case?”
“No, I don’t . Maybe we could do that when I’m older, if I change my mind.”
“Well, I guess I can talk to Robin in the morning. Just one more night, OK?”
“Thanks mom. One more night.”
