"I should probably put some clothes on" thought Jon, starting to feel chilly from standing there, pretty much naked.
Walking over to his closet, Jon picked out a pair of jeans and slipped them on. Upon zipping up the fly, he noticed that, even though they looked like they normally did,
the crotch fit more snugly against him.
"I guess the wish changed my pants too" thought Jon. The jeans were identical to the ones he'd wear normally, but the crotch was definitely designed for the female body,
no room for a masculine bulge.
