Personally, I did not care what happened to any of them. A problem that was between them was up to them to resolve. I still kept us together as I backed off. The Indigo did not care about us. They were focused on the Orange. I saw as the Orange snarled at them. "I will not be ordered around by a combination of Indigos." they said. The indigos sprouted their tentacles and captured the Orange. "Fine. We will fill you as well. You can be the Orange in full control of a body marked by Blacks and Indigos. It's not something I would think respectable." Indigo Flash said grimly. "You wouldn't dare!" the Orange said. The free tentacles secreted the brown fluid. The Orange gave in almost immediately and split apart. Both Indigo Glint and the Orange were on the ground. They each had three marks on their bellies. White genetic material gushed out of them. The Indigo combination wrapped up Indigo Glint and ran off with him. Orange was not able to stop them and could only watch as they left. I was not just going to wait for the Orange to recover. We left too. When we got a good distance away, we split up.
Heaving a very deep sigh of relief, I looked at all the others. We all were tired and happy. Onyx Blaze and Pitch Gleam were celebrating with me. "We are on a roll here! I think we need to go after a Red next." Onyx Blaze said as he rubbed against me. They were ecstatic. "Let's not test our luck. I want to survive this first before we get onto another fight." Pitch Gleam responded. The Violet was still panting as he leaned on me. "Thank you. I was so scared. That Orange had been following me around since we've split." they said. I asked for their name. They looked a bit confused, but they said "My youngling moniker is Violet Twinkle, if that's what you mean." I nodded. It is a good thing that they were doing okay. I looked at them and said "If anyone comes and tries to attack you, you can come to us. We will help you." Violet Twinkle blinked at me and said "I feel ashamed I have to rely on Blacks for help. After what has happened, I guess I might need to though. I would rather you 3 come to me ask for my help in case you do need it." I nodded and said "Thank you so much. We still need to leave."
Running the rest of the way down the hallway, we made it to the elevator. Once we got there, the door closed with the Indigos inside. There was another elevator that we could get on. We pushed the button and waited. The 4 of us looked around to make sure we were not being followed. When the elevator came and opened up, we all hopped inside. It took us to the floor with the barracks and we went our separate ways. The other squad mates were on top of us with questions once we got to our room and shut the door behind us. They wanted to know where we were and what we were doing. We brought them in close and told them about our exploits in a very hushed tone of voice. The others were amazed and thought we were lying at first. "Why would we need to lie to you guys for!?" Onyx Blaze snapped at them indignantly. He was annoyed that Pitch Gleam sighed and said "Listen. It's the truth. This happened and you need to be prepared if something happens because of it." That got them to listen up. "So what were the humans like?" one of them asked. Onyx Blaze handled it with glee.
